The problem
Hours of manual work every week to build one deck
Every week, enrollment, dispensing and inventory reports had to be downloaded from the EDC, the RTSM and the drug depot, analyzed by hand and rebuilt into slides. Two trials meant twice the work.
It took 6 to 10 hours a week, and the finished deck was still only a snapshot, often out of date by the time the meeting started.
What I built
Both trials, live, on one site

Automated data feeds
RTSM, EDC and depot reports land daily in a secure folder and are read automatically. Compassionate use records come straight from SharePoint.

One view of both trials
Patients, cohorts, drug supply and sites for both studies, with every number traced to its source file and timestamp.

Meeting pages, not slides
Data sections fill themselves. Each function updates its own section, which carries forward week to week until someone reviews it.

Finalize and archive
Finalizing the week freezes the record and archives a PowerPoint in the company template. Every edit is versioned and audited.
