About me

Kevin Cho

Director, Clinical Supply & Logistics

I’ve spent my career in clinical and commercial supply chain and CMC across cell therapy, oncology biologics and small molecule programs, at Genentech, Kite, Allogene, Pionyr and ACELYRIN. Today I lead clinical supply and logistics at Crossbow Therapeutics, a clinical-stage oncology biotech, from Phase 1 first in human supply through commercial CDMO selection.

More and more, I build the systems my work depends on, using Claude Code, Python and Microsoft Power Platform. Next, I want to build clinical supply at a company where AI is changing how medicines are discovered.

How I work

Three commitments

  1. I build what I design

    The person who maps the process writes the flow, the prompt or the query, so nothing gets lost in a handoff.

  2. Documents, not opinions

    Anything that touches patients or drug is specified and tested, with requirements, user acceptance testing and an audit trail.

  3. Built to be handed over

    Each system is documented so a team can run it without me, and cloned cleanly to the next study.
